ABOUT US
Hope2Haiti provides food, shelter, and foster sponsorship
for children who otherwise would go hungry and homeless.

HISTORY
Haiti is the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. Despite living in material poverty, the people of Haiti have an enormous amount of endurance, hope and dignity, but they need help in this fight against extreme poverty.
Hope to Haiti was founded in 2007. Headquartered in Tallahassee Florida, we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization EIN Number: 27-1659233 Hope to Haiti has moved beyond the failed models of charity towards sustainable communities, economies, and lifestyles. We understand the need to inspire hope and create models that allows others to create their own hope for their futures. We know the greatest help we can give is to permit people to develop their own lives so that ultimately they are free of the need for outside support or intervention.
STORY
This shift has moved us to clean water, transportation, agriculture, housing, and micro-financing opportunities.
Since we began our efforts in Haiti we have provided assistance through hurricanes, cholera, civil unrest and the devastating earthquake. We want to empower and enable Haitians to lift themselves out of poverty. Day after day, one life at a time, Hope to Haiti continues to provide hope and a better future for the people in Haiti and around the world. Hope to Haiti is reaching out to the people of Haiti and meeting them in their greatest need with encouragement, coaching and hope.

YVESNER SYLLA
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Poverty in Haiti is a long lasting issue that affects the residents on a daily basis playing a significant role in their everyday lives. Issues including housing, nutrition, education, healthcare, infant mortality rates, and environmental factors are very common amongst the poorest communities in the nation. Haiti has long struggled with poor living conditions.
Currently, armed gang violence is intensifying Haiti’s humanitarian crisis, disrupting daily life and forcing many people to flee their communities. Acute hunger is also on the rise, leaving 2 in 3 children in urgent need of assistance. Over the last 18 years Hope to Haiti has brought relief in providing hope to the most critical children and the people of Haiti. We have brought in orphans that were found wondering on the streets (many times because both parents died). Through your support we have been able to:
- Operate 4 Orphanges – over 100 children
- Set up daily feeding of kids outside of our orphanages
- Send our orphans to schools
- Multiple clean water projects across the country
- Build houses in communities
We are so hopeful for all your support. Your donations allow Hope to Haiti to bring “Hope” to these children.
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:40

FRITZ ALBERT
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
A word from Fritz: “We want to tell you how much we are thankful for what you are doing for us even though we do not have a word to explain how you have been blessing. We are telling you thanks a lot. We will always be thankful of what you have been doing for the orphans mainly for Confraternity School that you start helping them with food every month. Thanks to you, the kids are able to eat every day. We will continue to pray for you so that God can continue to bless you every second (of the) day in your work.”
